The marketing estate, direction by direction.
Everything outward-facing: the live stealth pages on relayctx.com, the v3.5 marketing-site candidates (neutral vs bold, still choosing), decks and campaign concepts, aesthetic direction studies, and the early site generations kept for lineage.

Interim stealth — v2 (Sharpened)
The interim relayctx.com landing. Sharpened is the direction (EC, 2026-08-25) — neutral ground at Carried's density, with a matching register page. Bold (drenched) kept as the alternate. Carried and Signal kept as origins, plus a matching register page in the same ground and density (the dead waitlist fallback removed). Positioning lands, mechanism stays held; register carries the invite-code fast-track, sign-in routes to the app. Sharpened carries a concept-only A/B/C copy switcher, now defaulting to the chosen wording (C). Brief: briefs/BRIEF.stealth-v2.md.
Canon · second pass · Aug 25→
Stealth landing
The stealth coming-soon page, second pass — Sharpened promoted to canon. Neutral ground at Carried's density: "Context for AI. / When you need it. Where you need it." over the beat "Context that moves.", one door to register. The three-abstraction sub was dropped 08-28 — the voice law names that shape as the first tell a sentence has no mechanism, and the hero reads tighter without it. Outcome-level only, mechanism held, still noindex. First pass archived at index-v1.html.
Variant · v3.5→
Coming Soon — Quiet
Temporary variation without the register CTA — waitlist signup is the single action. Source-tagged separately (stealth-coming-soon-quiet) so the funnel can compare variants.
Canon · second pass · Aug 25→
Stealth register
Where "Get access" lands, now carrying the landing's full direction — two-part display headline, the custody beat, a "what happens next" ledger on the left and the form in a hairline panel on the right. Live invite-code validation and Turnstile gating retained, the calm confirmation moment restored on submit; single door, no waitlist. First pass archived at register-v1.html.

relayctx.com — “Coming soon.”
What the apex actually served from July 2026 until the stealth update — captured from
relay-platform web/relayctx/coming-soon.html rather than reconstructed. Its token values are inlined as served, so the record shows the real thing including the primary button at 3.74:1, which is the AA failure the stealth update fixes. Scripts stripped; not a live funnel. The first row of the design history’s web ledger points here.Archived · first pass→

Studio register — what the studio makes, by campaign
Every campaign the studio makes pieces for, seen from the studio: its key line, the concept pages it comes from, its pieces, and the studio queue of pieces still to make. Ten campaigns, from the onboarding lessons to Connecting the Dots. The campaign itself (status, the number it moves, open calls) is relay-marketing’s program, on the same id. Data in
register.json, checked by check.py. Stealth.Concept · Sep 26 · personal invites→
Personal invites — a paper film made for one person
How a personal invite would work, end to end, addressed to no one: the details, a mock email with its poster, a landing that plays a paper film drawn live from the invite’s details, and the register page with the code filled in. The name and org stay as
[slots], and the Code is the example A9M4FG. Six campaigns (founding member, your team, Elevate 2026, advisor, home, trades) show one template: the lead character comes from the role, and the captions carry the personal lines. The same link always plays the same film. Series mode, three voice options, and the production path. Nothing is minted or sent. Plan and gates: relay-marketing video/invites.md.Gallery · Sep 25 · films, shorts, cast, packs→
Media gallery — every film, short, character and post pack
One page for the explainer media: the six films (new: Pass It On, the baton recast with the paper characters, and Fridge Door, Relay at home), six feature shorts (Streams, Series, Sessions, Recall, Forward, Look first), The Crew of paper characters dressed for the work people do, and the starter post pack made with the new Asset Builder (six formats, copy presets from canon). No black paper anywhere (EC). Draft for EC. Stealth, not for public channels.

Explainer films — four films, 15 s cuts, vertical
Paper-collage films with voice, score and foley, all built in JavaScript and playable in the page: Blank Page (every session starts blank) and its second episode Together (sharing: relay it to a teammate, the trail, Series), Mid-Thought (one thread through a day) and The Baton (a relay race on the Bold ground). Every film has a 15 s cut and a 9:16 version with burned-in captions. Cataloged for outreach in relay-marketing
video/. Draft for EC. Stealth, not for public channels.Campaign concept · Oct 7→
The first line — how Relay came to be, and the journey building it
The creative take on the origin campaign (relay-marketing
briefs/how-relay-came-to-be.md, origin-story). The gap is a tear in the desk; Relay is the first teal strip laid across it. Thread 1 is a 40 s film, The first line, in four scenes; Thread 2 is Line by line, 14 s chapters of the build, each ending on a receipt, with the journey map as every chapter's header. Nine scenes drawn live with the paper engine and cast. Concept for EC; stealth.Stub · Sep 22 · launch kit→
Relay for Chrome — marketing kit (stub)
A clearly marked draft skeleton for the first-party Chrome extension (RCTX-1430, launch track RCTX-1434): positioning line and the four jobs (Aware at launch; Act, Capture, Carry labelled as coming), Web Store listing fields with a placeholder summary under 132 characters, the screenshot and tile shot-list, the launch-channel checklist, and the open questions (name ruling D3, privacy disclosure). Product source: relay-board
PRD.browser-extension.md. Not copy, for product and marketing to fill.Concept · Sep 24 · pricing structure→
Pricing — structure v2
The v3.6 pricing page restructured after a teardown of folk.app/pricing. Plans on the first screen with the five commitments as a strip; annual/monthly toggle; per-plan numbers from billing code instead of adjectives; “Everything in X, plus” cards; self-serve vs sales buttons; a seats explainer (agents never take a seat, recipients never need a plan); grouped comparison table; billing FAQ; team-size router. Same prices as the v3.6.2 page.
Concept · Sep 19 · per-client door→
Relay for <client> — connect in three steps
The public landing page per client, mocked as one renderer over one client object (fourteen clients,
?client=): the connector setup as the hero, three numbered steps, the server URL in a copy box, the one-click deep link where one exists, the three verbs, the plan line from the compatibility table, then the account — which lands on the plan-pick intake. Steps mirror relay-platform’s connect resource; the live page renders from it, never from a copy. Proposed paths relayctx.com/claude, /cursor, … Stealth posture. Drawn, not built.Getting started→
Working with Relay
Compatibility + getting-started page: which AI clients support Relay and on what plan, the four things you need, a five-minute setup, and what the primitives actually do. Rebuilt on v3.6 tokens; supersedes the July draft on PR #86.

v3.6 Sharpened — full site
The v3.6 generation on the Sharpened direction — and as of 08-31, rebuilt from canon rather than carried v3.5 copy: the session frame and second-brain identity layer on Home, the loop in Relay-as-verb language (DEC-020), streams-accumulate / relays-travel (DEC-028), the five segments, the ratified no-surprises commitments with Free/Pro/Team/Enterprise, and Security on the custody + trust-ladder canon, honest-by-design. 9 pages, fully browsable. Copy routes through Ada before any public surface; the second-brain campaign gates on export Phase 0.
