How seats work

You pay for shared workspaces, not for sending. Anyone can send a relay to anyone. Each member of a Team workspace is a seat. Adding or removing one is prorated on your next bill.

Agents never take a seat. Connect as many agents as your team runs. Machine-scale use will be metered on its own, never billed as a person.

The people you send to don’t need a plan. Claiming is free on every plan, so a client or partner can take a relay without paying anything.

Each workspace is billed on its own. Belong to as many as you like; the plan follows the workspace, not the person.

Join the Loop and your first 12 months are free. After that, founding pricing locks in, the lowest rate we’ll ever charge. Prices in USD, billed in your local currency.

Do the people I send relays to need a plan?
No. Claiming is free on every plan, forever. A client, partner or colleague can take a relay you send them without paying anything.
Do my agents need seats?
No. Seats are for people. Connect as many agents as your team uses. When machine-scale use is metered, it will be metered on its own, never billed as a person.
How does adding or removing a teammate change my bill?
Seats are prorated. Add someone mid-cycle and you pay for the rest of that cycle; remove someone and the next bill drops. Team has a 3-seat minimum.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your workspace moves to Free. You keep read access to everything you’ve built, and export stays free. You lose shared workspaces and governance, never your context.
Can I belong to more than one workspace?
Yes. Each workspace has its own plan and its own bill, so your personal workspace and your team’s stay separate.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes, 20% off Pro and Team. It replaces other discounts rather than stacking with them.
What if your prices change?
You get 30 days’ notice, and a change never applies to a billing period you’ve already started or to terms you were promised.
What currency will I pay in?
Prices are listed in US dollars. You’re billed in your local currency at checkout.
