Built for whoever moves next.

Product

Four steps. That's the whole loop.

01
Connect
One config block in Claude Desktop or any MCP-compatible client. Under a minute. No SDK, no build step — just a config entry wherever you run Claude or compatible tooling.
02
Create
Package your session — goals, decisions, current state — not just a summary. The transfer captures the substance of where you are, ready to move.
03
Share
You get a Code. Drop it anywhere the next person or agent will see it — a task, a message, a note. Single-use Codes expire after one receipt. Multi-claim Codes keep going.
04
Receive
The recipient enters the Code. Context loads instantly. Work resumes exactly where you left off — no briefing, no catching up, no re-explaining.

For builders

Your sessions
carry forward.

Every new Claude session starts cold. With Relay, it starts loaded — goals, decisions, current state, exactly where you left off. No cold starts. No re-briefing yourself.

Package your working context before you close a session. The next time you open a new one, enter the Code and you're back in the room.

Without
New session — blank slate
Claude has no memory of your project. You spend the first 10 minutes re-explaining goals, decisions made, and where things stand.
With Relay
New session — context loaded
Enter Code QNHC2C. Goals, decisions, current state, and next steps are live. Work resumes in seconds.
Code received · context active · session resumed
For teams

Everyone starts briefed.
Not summarised.

Stop re-explaining. Package the full context of your session — decisions made, blockers identified, what's next — and share a Code. The next person receives it whole. Not a summary. The substance.

Works across timezones, tools, and org boundaries. One Code. One load. Everyone on the same page, immediately.

For agent builders

Your agents share context,
not just outputs.

Every agent session starts blank. Relay gives them context before they begin and a way to pass it forward when they're done. Multi-agent workflows with provenance built in — you know what was loaded, who loaded it, and when.

Handoffs between agents carry a complete chain of custody. No black boxes. Every context load is tracked and attributed.

Governance

Know where every piece
of context came from.

Every transfer carries a complete chain of custody. Who created it, who received it, when it was spent. Content is never retained on the free tier. Paid plans add audit trails, retention controls, and org-level visibility.

Integrate

One block. Any client.

MCP interface
Relay exposes a standard MCP server. No SDK, no build step — just a config entry wherever you run Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, Devin, or any compatible client.
Encrypted by default
No trail retained after receipt on the free tier. Paid plans add end-to-end encryption, audit trails, and configurable retention controls. Content is always opaque to Relay.
Team and org support
Multi-claim Codes, org-level visibility controls, and shared transfer history on Team and above. Distribute context to your entire team in a single step.

FAQ

Common questions.

What is a Relay Code?
A Code is a short alphanumeric identifier tied to a context transfer. The recipient enters it to load the context — once received, the Code is spent (unless it's multi-claim). Single-use Codes expire after 24 hours or first receipt.
How is Relay different from memory tools?
Memory tools store and retrieve. Relay moves — it carries the working context of a session deliberately, to a specific recipient, with governance. The recipient controls what they load. We've stored since day one; the product is what we do beyond storage: move, govern, own, reason.
Does Relay store my content?
On the free tier, content is ephemeral — not retained after receipt. Paid plans add optional retention with full audit trails. Content is always encrypted and opaque to Relay. We move it. We don't read it.
What AI tools does Relay work with?
Any MCP-compatible client: Claude Desktop, Cursor, Claude Code, Devin, and custom agents. One config block. No SDK. If it speaks MCP, it works with Relay.
How long does a Code last?
Single-use Codes expire after 24 hours or first receipt — whichever comes first. Multi-claim Codes (Standard+) have configurable expiry and can be received multiple times, making them useful for distributing context to a whole team in one step.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. The core transfer pipe is free, always. Single-use Codes, basic MCP tools, no credit card. Join during Early Access and the Loop adds every paid tier free for 12 months — encryption, multi-claim Codes, and org-level controls included.
