Every film, feature short, life short, character and post pack for Relay in one place. The films are live JavaScript: each one plays in the page, in 16:9 or 9:16, and renders to MP4 on request. Draft for EC. Stealth: nothing here is for public channels.

Films
18–45 s, each with a 9:16 version with burned-in captions. The 35–45 s films also have a 15 s cut.
Feature shorts
One feature each, about 15 s: the problem, the feature, the payoff.
Lesson shorts
First Relay, in paper: one onboarding step each, about 13 s, opened by a lesson tab and closed on the next step. The brief is relay-marketing briefs/onboarding-paper-series.md.
Idea shorts
The big ideas, in paper: the deck’s positioning said plainly, one move each, about 13 s. The concept is /concepts/big-ideas.
Side by side
Relay next to a tool someone already knows, for one viewer at a time. Complements, not rivals: each tool is drawn doing its own job, and nothing wires the two together.
Concept shorts
A concept, cut as a short: the second-brain visuals, moving.
Life shorts
The same loop at home: plan it in one chat, send one Code, and someone else's chat has all of it.
The cast
One paper character, dressed for the work people do. Tones and patterns, never black paper.
The Crew
Page, the original, plus Memo (office), Plumb (trades), Pitch (sales), Doodle (creative), Chalk (teaching), Crumb (hospitality) and Sticky (home). Every character switches mood and pose on the sheet.
Character kit
The character as vector components: a body per paper stock, faces, arm poses and outfits that stack back into the character, the crew in six moods, held items and props. The Figma plugin in explainer/figma/ turns it into a component library with a swappable Character and a concept board.
Sticker sheet
The crew in six moods with white die-cut edges: one SVG sheet for print, a PNG, and every sticker as a transparent 512 px PNG for chat apps.
Second brain, in paper
Six animated visual ideas for “build your own second brain for your agents”, from the founder-story draft: boots from a Code, the librarian, a brain on a string, under the tools, versioned not overwritten, and nobody reads the graveyard.
Post packs
Ready-to-post PNGs with their captions. A pack is a folder: pack.json plus the images it makes.
Make another: design it in the Asset Builder, press Copy pack entry, paste it into a pack.json, then run node marketing/explainer/tools/pack.mjs marketing/packs/<pack>/pack.json.
