Each is a hand-made paper collage with voice, score and foley, 34–43 seconds long, with a 15-second cutdown. Each plays in 16:9 or 9:16, and the vertical versions carry burned-in captions for muted feeds. Everything you see and hear is built in JavaScript and plays live in this page. Blank Page · Together is episode two of Blank Page and covers sharing and collaboration.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| The idea | Every session is a fresh sheet of paper that forgets you. Relay makes the next sheet pick up mid-sentence. | A teammate needs your session. Pasting a wall of text loses things; a relay arrives whole, trail attached. | One teal thread of thought runs through a day. Life snaps it. Relay lets it pick up where it was left. | AI work is a relay race where every changeover drops the baton. Relay keeps it moving. |
| Who it speaks to | Anyone who has re-briefed a chat. The broadest audience. | People ready for the second-person moment: small teams, consultants with a client. | Solo multi-tool users. It carries the canon line that the next holder is usually you. | Builders and teams. Uses the product name as its metaphor. |
| Features it shows | Package, a Code, relay it in | Relay it to someone, the trail (who sent it, who took it in, when), shared turning to received, Series, it moves only what you send | Package, relay it in, relay it to a teammate | Package, a Code, relay it in, every hop on the record |
| Tone | Comic, quick, very clear | Comic, warm, a little more product | Gentle, storybook, warm | Jaunty, sporty, bold |
| Strongest moment | “Relay, A9M4FG” is typed as it is spoken, and the notes fly home | The teammate buried in pasted newsprint, then the clean relay and the trail card | The thread stretches as they walk away, then snaps | The fumble, the walk back to the start line, then the clean pass |
| Closing line | The session ends. The context shouldn’t. | Relay. Context that moves. | Your session doesn’t end when the window does. (card: Context that moves.) | Relay. Context that moves. |
| 15 s cut | Blank page → Code → back mid-thought | Wall of text → relay it to them → you see it land | Laptop closes → thread snaps → relay it in | Fumble → Relay keeps it moving → clean pass |
Timed from the full cuts. Tap a timecode to jump there in the player. The 15 s scripts are in each film’s catalog entry in relay-marketing video/.
My recommendation is Blank Page for first contact and Together as its second episode, when someone is ready to bring a teammate in. B is the stronger brand piece and the one I would cut for the site. C is the most distinctive look and suits a talk or an event opener.
Voices come from Kokoro v1.0, an open neural TTS run locally, because OpenRouter was blocked from this environment. Any line can be regenerated in another voice in seconds. The stock is af_heart, bf_emma, bm_george, am_michael, bm_fable, af_bella. A human read, or a hosted model once the network allows it, is a drop-in replacement.
Every tool is drawn as an unbranded paper character. Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and the others need per-name trademark clearance before they can appear, so none do. Logos are out either way.
Public channels stay closed until the provisional is filed. Private sends to the Loop and Elevate lists fit today’s plan. The end cards say “Request access” and carry no URL.
Every film now has a 15-second cut, and every cut plays in 9:16 with its own camera framing and burned-in paper captions. Use the switches above the player. The cutdowns are re-edits of the full films, with a fresh score for the shorter timeline.
creative.relayctx.com is behind Access, so recipients can't open a film there. A send needs an unlisted, noindex host or an MP4 in the email. This is open in relay-marketing INTAKE.md, and each film's catalog entry in video/ carries it as a gate.
All external copy goes through Ada in relay-gtm. These scripts avoid the retired vocabulary, never state a Code’s length, and show only the user’s side of the product, with no storage, routing or architecture.
A small Canvas 2D engine written for this: torn paper with contact shadows, ink lines that re-draw at 12 fps the way hand-drawn animation boils, and stop-motion drift on every cut-out. Colours are read at load from brand/generated/relay-tokens-v36.css, so the films repaint when the tokens change.
The score is sequenced in JavaScript on FluidR3 GM instrument samples (MIT). Foley such as paper, tape, stamps and the baton clatter is synthesised. Everything is mixed offline in the browser with voice ducking and a master limiter, to about −14 LUFS.
Scripts live in each film’s script.json. tools/vo.py regenerates the voice, tools/render.mjs renders a 1080p MP4, and tools/loud.py reports stem loudness. See README.md in this folder.
