Studio register

Every campaign the studio makes pieces for: its key line, the concepts it comes from, its pieces, and what is still to make. The data is register.json; the guide is the README.

Each campaign's status, the number it moves and its open calls are the program's, in relay-marketing program/campaigns.json, on the same id. That repo never deploys, so they stay there.
