Every digest
- Sends only when something happened. A quiet day, week or month sends nothing.
- Is about your own account. No product news, offers or pricing. One suggestion at most, and only if you asked for product emails.
- Has one button and a reply that reaches a person. Replies go to support, which feeds Freshdesk.
- Is yours to change. Time, channels or off, in Settings. The footer says Manage, not Unsubscribe.
