# Changelog — email/

Transactional + lifecycle email. The platform gallery is rendered from
`relay-platform/src/relay/email_templates.py` — canon lives in code; this area
shows what ships. Newest first; full detail in `git log -- email/`.

## 2026-07-30 — billing lifecycle concept set
- `billing-lifecycle/` — 13 proposed templates on the production v3.5 shell:
  dunning arc (retry / final-notice / account-paused / recovered), invoices &
  receipts & monthly statements (refunds, credits, discounts, Stripe Tax
  lines), seat true-up, cancellation w/ 180d win-back, nonprofit program
  (received / approved). Gallery index carries a trigger map of every billing
  status → email, shipped + proposed. Concepts only — canon moves to
  `email_templates.py` on approval, then re-renders into `platform/`.

## 2026-07-19 — area restructure
- Area index added at `email/index.html` (the old `/email/` → platform
  redirect dropped).

## 2026-07 (pre-restructure)
- **07-17** Gallery regenerated — KISS + consistency pass (VTVKCB,
  RCTX-722/726); claim-resolution folded onto the shared v3.5 shell.
- **07-16** Regenerated on the true v3.5 shell; dark-mode removed, footer ink
  corrected (RCTX-244).
- **07-14** Sequential-onboarding drip drafts (`onboarding/`, Days 0–14) —
  drafts only, canonical renders come from platform templates.
- **07-03/04** 40-template gallery first rendered + migrated to v3.5
  neutral-first (7HZQAX / RCTX-244); v3.2 mockups archived to `v32/`.
