You've got the baton.
Relay is the pipe, not the vault. It packages the context an AI is holding — a plan, a thread, a decision — into a short Code another agent or person can pick up cleanly. Like passing the baton in a relay race.
- 1Accept your invite and set your name
- 2Connect your agent over MCP, ~2 min
- 3Claim your first Code to load a starter context
New to Relay? The quick start walks through it in five minutes.
You're in the private early access program. We ask for a short NDA while Relay is in beta; it drops at launch, replaced by standard terms in the app.
Read & initial
Two short agreements before you start. Scroll each to the end, then initial to accept. This is the one hard gate.
1. Confidential Information. "Confidential Information" means all non-public information disclosed by Relay Context Inc. ("Relay") through the Early Access Program — unreleased features, roadmaps, pricing, performance data, and the existence and content of this program.
2. Obligations. You will hold Confidential Information in strict confidence, use it only to participate in the program, and not disclose it to any third party without Relay's prior written consent.
3. Exclusions. This does not include information that is or becomes public through no fault of yours, was known to you before disclosure, or is independently developed without use of Confidential Information.
4. Term. These obligations survive for three (3) years from disclosure, or until the information is no longer confidential, whichever is longer.
5. No License. Nothing here grants you any right or license in Relay's intellectual property.
By initialing, you acknowledge you have read and agree to this Non-Disclosure Agreement.
1. Program. The Early Access Program provides pre-release access to Relay in exchange for your feedback. Access is provided "as is" and may change or end at any time.
2. Feedback. You grant Relay a perpetual, royalty-free license to use feedback you provide to improve the product, without obligation to you.
3. No Warranty. Early Access features are experimental. Relay disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any loss arising from your use of pre-release functionality.
4. Your Data. You will not upload unlawful content or content you lack the rights to share, and you remain responsible for your data.
5. Termination. Either party may end participation at any time. Confidentiality obligations under the NDA survive termination.
By initialing, you acknowledge you have read and agree to the Early Access Program Agreement.
Read each to the end, then initial both · you'll sign on the next screen.
You're all set
Your account is switched on and your tools are enabled. Nothing left to activate.
Next: connect your agent so you can send and claim context. We've saved a starter Code for your first claim — you'll grab it once you're connected.
Connect your agent
One click adds Relay to your agent. You can claim your first Code about two minutes from now.

Connect Relay to claim
A Code is claimed through your agent's MCP connection. Until Relay is connected there's nothing to claim into, so this stays locked. A hard prerequisite, not a suggestion.
