Full-card tap targets (≥48px), no hover states, codes always in JetBrains Mono. The badge on the tab is the only red-dot mechanic in the app — quiet by default.
The Code cells accept full paste (never digit-by-digit only — accessibility baseline). Preview renders before receiving: title, sender, weight, series, single-use status. QR scan covers the in-person handoff — two phones, one code, zero typing.
SECURITY PIN-on-Code prompts appear here when the sender requires one; org transfers can default to it (open question #2 in the rollout concept).
The mobile twin of the Slack approval flow (#573–#577). Each request shows agent identity, root authority, and scope — the human is always root authority, and this screen is where that's enforced from a beach.

Read-only by design. The 5W card structure compresses to What / Now / Blocked on a phone. Weight bar tells you at a glance whether a stream needs maintenance — the 100% warning state is visible without opening anything.
No editing on mobile in V1: glance, don't garden.
Legal gate state surfaces here (NDA ✓ EAPA ✓) — mobile respects the Terms Gate before any content access. Per-category notification toggles, digest off by default. Org switcher mirrors the web app.
