Open Signal is the RelayCTX mark: an unboxed broadcast symbol — eight rays radiating from a solid core — that colours itself with currentColor and lives on the v3.5 neutral-first frame. This page is the record of that decision: the selected identity in detail, and the earlier alternates kept for provenance.
The Open Signal symbol scales from a 16px core to display sizes. Teal is a touch point (the mark reads teal on light surfaces); reverse and monotone treatments cover dark and single-colour contexts.
Outfit 600 is the shipping wordmark. Cormorant Garamond italic is the expressive display alternate. Syne is retired (v3.4). The ™ rides the primary lockup and first use only; repeated wordmarks run bare.
Horizontal is the default header lockup (mark left, wordmark right, 9px gap). Stacked suits square and hero contexts. Compact (20px mark) serves nav and tight footers — and drops the ™ for legibility.

Refine the 8-stroke mark for more optical precision. Currently functional — the cardinal and diagonal strokes could benefit from finer tuning at 16–20px where subpixel rendering reduces clarity.
