Read this first. It's a map, not a pile. This repo is mostly assets (HTML/CSS/JS concept pages) plus markdown briefs; the index below is **by area**. Each area folder carries its own card index (`index.html`, with canonical / fresh / archived labeling) and a curated `CHANGELOG.md`; this file is the master index over all of them. Keep the two in sync — this repo is the design intent, relay-app is the implementation. - **Vocabulary source of truth** is `_vocab/_VOCAB.md`; other repos defer to it. - Briefs/specs use `BRIEF.*` / `SPEC.*`; avoid new flat, untyped names. - **Area indexes and changelogs move with their area** — a page lands with its card, its `_redirects` entry, and a changelog line in the same PR. - **Owner** is `—` until assigned; **Reviewed** = month the row was last verified. Area rows are pointers into asset folders.
